We started with just coordination – we grew into a full, luxury event planning experience.

Our Story

BEL Event Productions started in 2008, as only an event coordination company – from there our story begins. We quickly realized that to deliver an exceptional event, we needed to bring rental products and floral decor in-house. This is to ensure you receive not only the highest quality products and services, but also that everything arrives on schedule and the event runs smoothly the day of.

Our clients come to BEL seeking expertise on how to bring their vision to reality – usually with larger than life dreams and high expectations on delivery. Our due diligence is to seek out the best of the industry and ultimately produce events that both reflect the client’s value in the products/service and exceed expectations.

At BEL there are multiple ways in which we ensure the high quality of our rental products. First, our team takes the time to ensure every rental item is looking its best before anything leaves BEL. Second, if something isn’t looking its best, our expert team of designers, carpenters, welders, seamstresses, etc. fix everything by hand. 

You’re unique, your event should be too.

Having this fabulous team on hand is also what makes BEL so convenient. Do you have a custom arch you would like? Or is there a specific shade of blue that you would like for your linens? BEL can make those for you to make your event one-of-a-kind.

We are fortunate enough as a company to have an incredibly diverse team, from all different cultures, with different experiences, and different skills that they bring to BEL’s table. It is this diversity in our team that is reflected in the diversity of our work. From Corporate Mixers, Fundraisers, and Galas to Weddings, Quinceaneras, Mitzvahs, and Sangeets BEL has done them all.
